have you tried jap performance parts, they had not so long ago when I was contemplating fitting some to my uk car, just the price put me off so I fitted an hid kit to my own lights
They cost a packet because they are hid lights, you could look at grade a subaru (breakers) or there are a few places that sell hids, not cheap though, you can't just buy a bulb for these
