Ever impatient, I just can't wait to see the latest track day photos - did you capture the elusive flame photo in perfect clarity ?

Sorry to disappoint you Mike, but I was unable to capture the elusive flam pic. Unfortunately, the only place I'v found where you can get square on behind a car is at the end of the Dunlop straight, but not when the GP circuit is used.

Unfortunately, mainly due to the weather, I shot a fair few less pix than last time anyway.

In answer to your question, I'm in the process of emailing out the proofs at present. Those who requested their's be posted should receive them tomorrow. Royal Mail permitting.

If only this photo had been taken with your camera.... This was taken from the grandstand with the car on the limiter in second gear .

Yup, that would've been nice.

I did find an angle on the pit wall that looked promising, but on first couple of times you came past friends of yours started waving, right in front of the lens, and on the last pass you failed to ignite.

Bummer.

Cool

I dunno about you but I reckon using an afterburner to get 500Bhp is *not* playing by the rules

That shot looks awful familiar - did anyone use to watch Batman when they were a kid ?

Thumbs down

I'm not an expert but that doesn't look good for your fuel economy. Perhaps one of those Ecotek valves would cure it or maybe just a little less revs before the gear change!
