My girlfriend ordered a HID kit as a present for me she is just out of hospital with a c-diff infection so was a last minute buy, have a look at what bob5 sent us

The orders were mixed up by a new member of staff who put the wrong labels on meaning two customers have got each others orders.

Very rare for us to get anything wrong, but mistakes do happen when you deal with the volume of orders we have.

We've supplied hundreds of HID kits to SN members now and the feedback can be found in the GB section.

 

Still not soted Mate, I dont think bob5 or his drop shipper know what each other is doing, i keep sending them emails asking when i will receive it and they keep avoiding a direct answer

 

have you tried calling bob? Sounds like a simple mix up. U have obviosuly never been down to there premises, very impressive with lots of stock. Always goes out of his way. Am picking up a lightweight Aztec crank pulley n a PE cambelt in a bit.

I'm not here on SN all the time, but the matter has been resolved via email. Just123 has sent out the return and I have sent out the replacement to correct the order.

Just for the record, the order was placed around 5.30pm on Thursday 17th and dispatched 2 days later than it should have been due to adverse weather here, via RM 1st Class Recorded.

It was incorrectly labelled and Just123 received someone else's order and they received Just123's. Mix ups happen (very rarely in our case) and I worked during my holidays to answer an email dated 29/12/2009. The reply was sent within 1.5 hrs giving instructions in order to remedy.

The return has only just been dispatched by the customer this afternoon and the replacement from us was dispatched shortly after.

A phonecall would have made things much easier and would have been dealt with quicker rather than putting several posts on SN about whether they have been "scammed". I've been around here for years personally and Aztec Performance are hardly new to the market. We have the highest customer feedback of any trader on SN by a long way, 100% feedback on Ebay, 100% feedback on GoogleCheckout, commercial premises, landline telephone number etc etc so for someone to think they've scammed is not logical. We are not a part time run from home outfit.

All that said and done, it's all sorted and hopefully everyone is happy.

dont really see why this was posted on the main board for all to see.

all that will happen is the guy will lose custom from what appears to be an honest mistake.

 

I will be wanting some of these for my00, most will no the classic lights are dog dung.

Some times everyone gets this customers no matter what you do it ain't good enough, to get a good rep it takes a Long time to ruin it it just takes a silly thread. Why not just call and put your mind at rest
