Hmmm well its either dropping into limp mode or you could have a split in one of the pipes, hard to say really

If you hold your bugeye in one gear too long the boost will drop, e.g. if you're following a car for some time (over 30 seconds) in say 3rd gear when you come to overtake you'll find it's boosting low. The thing to do is ease off the loud pedal for 2 or 3 seconds or change gear if you like, then drop it back into third and hey presto boost comes back.
That's a built in safety feature on the ECU.

I'm not saying this is the problem as it's not easy to say without looking at the car and diagnosing but this does happen.
