Scoobynet was down from around 9ish last night until just recently
Hi Chaps
My Apologies for the outage...
I am going to try to get an update on what actually went wrong shortly, but...
a HUGE thank you to Phil Daws (ex ScoobyNet Webby) for sorting it out. Phil put in loads of effort to get it back up as soon as possible while I was out at Bruntingthorpe today doing the group test for ScoobyNews.
Thank you Phil!!
Best regards
Simon

I don't know about everyone else, but I thought my right arm was missing,
I had to make do with watching crap tele instead of catching up with the days going's on.
Thank the lord that it's back now

server was fine, but IIS seemed to have died - seen this a few times, usually when the IIS admin service dies. A quick iisreset does the trick. there is also a link to the size of inetinfo/dllhost processes and IIS dieing - memory leaks are abundant under windows. best bet would be to do an iisreset every now and then when the processes grow.
cheers Phil for sorting.
