MOT NEEDS

I bought my 1998 sti a year ago with full uk mot, now its time for a retest, bit confused though, my car has no rear fog light and still reads in kph , will it pass this time around?

ye i had a shogun jeep kph was ok ,,just fitted a fog light and a light up switch for mot ..about a fiver from any car shop ,,,then take it back off ,,,lol,,,
