Badly treated by TDi, ScoobySport brilliant!!

I think I was very badly treated by Torque Development(Essex).Firstly,after spending £650 with them on a HKS exhaust they charged me over £70 to fit it.SS charged £10 when they swapped it back over for my standard exhaust.TDi also threw away(or kept!) something called a "doughnut" which I needed when I put the standard exhaust back on. This cost me £50!!! So total cost of fitting the exhaust £120!!
I had spent in total over £1000 with TDi(also bought a HKS induction kit) yet they would not offer me any advice over the phone about a noise I could hear from the engine.I was'nt expecting a solid diagnoses but one of the partners would not even discuss it until I paid him £70/hr to have a look at the car .ScoobySport on the other hand who I have only given about £250 of business to spent 20 minutes discussing the possibilities with me on the phone.I hope this is helpful to other Scooby owners in the area.
PS, Can I be sued for saying this???????? =

It's a shame customer service from other companies isn't as good as Scoobysport.
I haven't spent much but Pete is always happy to chat and offer advice (he probably says, "what a w4nka", when he puts the phone down, but then most people do )
Reckon Pete could make another nice little earner on Customer Service Seminars
