Anyone know some decent websites for getting car stats/pictures from?

The resean I ask is that I had a little play this morning with a large car that was extremely quick.

I was slightly quicker in second gear, but got the distinct impression that I would have been on a losing battle from third onwards.

It had H< some symbol> SR on the rear bumper and GSR on the boot. The reg plate was 9 SR. It didn't look european and it stongly reminded me of a Holden. Maybe it was.

One of the Top Gear guys (don't remember which) ragged it round a test track - great footage! Awesome torque

 

I saw a gold one of these beasties going up Bread & Cheese Hill on the A13 on Saturday, reg no H9 HSV I think. It looked stunning in gold but the guy didn't have the road space to open it up so I could hear the exhaust note properly, but it was making a lovely low rumbly V8 noise at the low speed it was moving at.

I think you would have had trouble staying with it to be honest. They are ferociously quick, especially for their size.
