what sort of power is it good for i am hopping 380/390 on my v7 sti or would i be better with an aps induction kit i wont be modding past the andy forrest stage 3

Most people agree that the std airbox is good for up to 450bhp. You might want to try a Green or K&N panel filter. May give a couple of bhp, but more because they last a lot longer.
