Default DIY Alarm system

I have just bought a microscan alarm for my girlfriends car. Less than £40.00 and I fitted it myself in less than 1 hour.

I am telling you, this Alarm is fanstatic and I would go as far to say that it is better than my clifford concept with remote engine start. It may not have a remote engine start but I hardly ever use this. Will do in winter but not yet.

My alarm is good don't get me wrong and with the tracker fitted also allows me sleep at night with ease. Even though the car is still in my garage every night much to my girlfriends disgust who trys to get her car in the garage.

The little microscan alarm is great. Turned up the sensors so even the slightest of movement or knock and it goes off. Some people may see this as a problem for wind etc but it was windy last night and did not go off at all.

Any one else found that DIY alarms seems to be really good?
