Default SS - modified class?

Just wondering as there are a few big names in the modified class of scooby sprint, how modified do you think a car needs to be to stand a chance against some of the machines that compete already and whats the most important aspect of the car?

youve got the likes of the clinic, afp, aet to compete with then privateers like mad hammer!

If you are able to drive well and have a good car set-up, you will be competitive, regardless of power (within reason).

From the WYIOC we had DaveSTI350, Tim (Bez), Bigarf & Frosty all playing, some very quick cars, and some road cars, then Stevie from RE Mo.Spo. in his almost standard WRX....

So just try it, I did my neck in (again !) just before round 1, and it's still a pain, but maybe next year.....

Shaun - nail/head. How's the training coming on?

Look at John Felstead in his standard car when he competed...

Scoobyclinic's car is in Pro not Modified I'm driving Mikee Singh's road car with very limited mods, was almost standard for round one and has only been running circa 350bhp for the last 2 rounds. Just take a look at mine and his results to see how much the driver makes a difference! Definitely give it a go though, it's one of the cheapest forms of motorsport out there and good fun at the same time
