hi all, is the Sti bugeye scoop bigger (higher) than the wrx one

And its constructed for maximum airflow over the bigger "Sti" intercooler, so if your thinking of fitting one get the underscoop tray also.

do i need the underscoop straight away or can i just fit one (cosmeticaly)

I,ve fitted the sti scoop to my wrx and you can just bolt it straight on.

It does bolt straight on - the most important thing is that you use the correct undertray for the intercooler you have fitted, e.g if you still have the wrx tmic stick to the wrx undertray.

Is the STI Bug scoop smaller than the STI Blob one? I think the Blob one's too big and looks daft.

ye ive looked at the blob one but its a different shape and wont fit, bluebugeye thanks for that it looks well, all i need to do now is find one
