Default Wrx hatch body roll

Can this be cured by fitting different springs or strut braces without spoiling the ride and making it to hard, cheers

Try stiffer anti roll bars, most competition car tuning shop can advise you (but not Halfords,or Quick fit, probably)

Thanks, might try Prodrive just wondered if any one else has done the same to theirs before i buy stuff that might not make a difference and could give me feedback, ultimately would like something that wouldnt invalidate the warranty possibly Prodrive would be good for this?

The manufacturer would have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that there is a direct link between the NON oe part you fitted and the resulting failure. i.e you fitted a stiffer anti-roll bar and your engine blew up or any kind of suspension failure, (I dont belive it would cause a failure but could possibly very slightly increase wear an tear on other suspension components, but its YOUR decision).

Whiteline 22 or 24mm anti roll bar at the rear with solid droplinks Around £215 fitted. Massive improvement in reduction of bodyroll and reduced understeer.

Cool ARB's.

Anti roll bars will cure the bodyroll.

I had Whiteline 24mm front and rear bars fitted to mine at Powerstation. They developed the Type 20 for Litchfields.

Lowering springs will help the roll a little, but will compromise ride quality (dont believe anyone who says they dont).

Should cost you around £250 for the bars plus fitting and another £80 or so for a professional 4 wheel geometry set up.

Just doing this will transform the car.

Whilst its all happening - you would be wise to have the Whiteline rear subframe bush inserts kit fitted (about £35 plus fitting) - no loss of comfort or ride quality - but will help control the 'floating' rear subframe considerably. In my book its a must.

'Someone' should offer the above as a kit for fast road use.

Lots of other bits are available but not really needed for road use. Flame suit on.

On my S-GT i fitted the Whitline subframe bush kit,( a must in my book ) a STI rear roll bar, all springs are std & the poly bush steering rack bushes.
Car is transformed without loss of ride quality, it will require a full geometry set up, particurly if the subframe bushes are done.
Don't go overboard with the front roll bar diameter's as this makes the hatches very understeery.
