Just put a Turbosmart BOV on mine yesterday - car loves it to be fair - 04 model WRX - turbo is more responsive on quick change, also fully adjustable which helps

I have one and have no problems atall with it, its on a 05 STI, not sure if they work better on certain models, think classic maybe had more trouble with them than the newages (air flow metres different?). I did a search on here before I brought one, and got 90% positive results, glade I did get one in the end.

I found that if the car runs lumpey etc its down to a fitting problem, air getting in where it shouldn't, make sure all clips are tight and the gasket which is already on is in good condition, so other than that I can see no problems.

SSQV is a very well made unit. Has a re-circ option too.

Had an HKS ssqv on my STi2, car always ran perfectly with it on and I'd certainly recommend it
