Default Does your clutch become heavy in traffic?

Been driving to work this week in rush hour and noticed a very annoying trait my v4 Type R has. When in slow moving traffic where your constant on/off the clutch and letting it pull itself along in idle revs, the clutch pedal goes extremely hard and heavy to depress.

If i bounce my foot on it normally, it moves freely and loosely but after traffic for 20 minutes or so, its like tapping a brick wall!

Anyone shed any light on this?
