Do 4wd rumble sort of feeling when on full steering lock when parking etc?

 

I think your talking about the diff skipping!

If so, yes they all do this to a degree, when conducting slow turning on lock.

 

Yeah thats it's, is the center diff set to auto best for these turns?

 

never tried to change the diff settings myself to sort it, you just get used to it. bit strange at first granted, but all completely normal.

 

Have to say, I just leave it in auto for slow lock turns & take it easy!
But it has been suggested on here, moving the diff into the green or putting the handbrake up 1 notch (so the warning light comes on), opens the diff, thus no noise.

As said, its doing no harm as long as you take it easy & you get used to it.

 

I run mine on the bottom green all the time so that it doesn't do it and only change to one of the other settings when giving it some stick on wet, greasy roads, etc.
