What oil and grade is best for a impreza sti v3 type r?

From: 1600cc's of twin scroll fun :)

Mileage, previous service history with oil indicated (any reciepts?)
If not then stick with 10w40 semi synthetic.

Try Opie Oils, these giys will point u in the right direction and a hell of a lot cheaper. plus for a scoobynet member you'll get discount.
