Dump valve difference?

What is the difference between the 99-00 intercooler mounted dump valve and the 00-onwards? They look as though they are the same sizes, yet online stores list them separately so there must be a difference.

The dumpvalve mount onto the intercooler is different, the bolts are positioned differently.
