This one again, ok here goes..
Type R.
Shorter gear ratios - although if you get a Type R Ltd (v-ltd) it may have a longer 5th gear.
DCCD (Driver Control Center Diff). basically you can adjust how the differential works. ie normally left open which gives a rear wheel-baised drive (the back can kick out which can be fun / or dangerous in the wet)
Intercooler water spray - a big gimmick but it sprays water across the surface of the intercooler to aid cooling. Doesn't really do anything noticeable in my opinion.
Rev counter in the middle.
Not mapped for UK fuel - but most of those in the country by now have probably had an engine re-build followed by a uk map. Mine did!
P1
None of the above
Built and honed for UK roads
Was more appealing due to warranties etc but these are now getting on for 10yr old cars..
Nicer front splitter.
Blue/Black seats
Mapped for UK fuel
Can't think of any more.
I had a version 6 Type R Ltd. Most will brag that they are quicker than the P1 but in reality when they are side by side there aint much in it.
If I were you mate I'd test-drive them both and go from there.
