Greetings from across the pond! Need some overseas help!
Hello ScoobyNet!
I've been a long time lurker and have always had good luck with this place! I'm hoping to try my luck out again. I'm having some difficulty finding a rear bumper mounted fog light (similar to the Jap Spec EK Civics).

I remember seeing a classic WRX with one a few years back but cannot for the life of me figure out if it was an O.E.M Subaru part or not. Did Subaru ever make a rear bumper mounted fog lamp for the European market? I know a tail lamp mounted rear fog was available for the classics.
I tried searching but couldn't find anything specific. If there is a thread, my advanced apologies!
Here's a few pics of my Classic 2000 Impreza 2.5 RS(Ti)! A little mixture of USDM/JDM/EDM goodness!
Cheers!

Thanks for the comments! I'd like to keep the build with as many factory subaru parts as possible. I've seen lights mounted under the bumper, but never recessed in the bumper itself.
I really hope I'm in the right section here! Please feel free to move mods =D

Like Vindaloo says.
On euro GTs the foglight is integrated in the rear lights.
On this SW the foglight (inner lefthand side) have been modded to double as brake light (together with new brakelight on inner right hand side). Isn't the same position available to you?

Thanks for the response guys!
USDM Tail lamps are configured like the JDM units. We get a single dual filament bulb for the brake/driving lamp, and single filament bulbs for the signal and reverse lamps. I looked at retrofitting the stock USDM unit to make it work but had no luck.
I could have sworn I saw an RB5 that had a bumper mounted fog lamp. I guess it may have been aftermarket. Is there no factory subaru unit that looks like this then?
As for the sunroof, its a nice addition but I would have rather had a roof vent!
Thanks for the kind comments again everybody!

JDM cars imported to UK and SVA tested have to have a foglamp installed.
The usual place for this to be fitted is underneath the rear bumper. And its universally condemned as looking cr*p.
I can't recall ever having seen an Impreza rear bumper containing a foglight, either manufactured or modded in.

You're probably looking for something like this FLUSH FIT FOG LIGHT on eBay, also Fog Spot Lights, Lights Lighting Accessories, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 24-Apr-09 01:27:46 BST)
What about sourcing some UK Turbo 2000 lights? They would have a fog built in.
