Default 93 wrx import possible knackered turbo

hi all need some advice please, iv got a 1993 wrx import, i have a rattling coming from the turbo, it appears to be the shaft that attaches to the rod coming from the actuator.( whats this part called please?)
I have been told it has a td04 if i replace with a td05 what else will i need to replace and what bhp roughly will i be looking for.
Got full exhaust system(no cats)
induction kit
and a z4 ecu conversion was rr at 279 bhp in 2007 at powerenginnering in middlesex.
thanks in advance

93 wrx shouldn't have a td05 as the td05 was the standard turbo on early imprezas have a look at the front housing as it should have ID marks or plate on it.
The z4 was mapped for the td05 so i'm not sure how it likes running with the td04 (if that is what turbo you have).

Easy enough to do but soak all the nut and bolts on the turbo with wd 40 or the likes as they can be an **** to get off and the last thing you need is a snapped bolt in the turbo.
