after ordering a whiteline arb yesterday from demon tweeks and being told the item was in stock so i would get it today ,very happy as iv been thinking for a good few months now if to change my arb .
i get a phone call at 3pm from demon weeks asking if i recieved my arb i say no and they say when u do can u give us a ring as u have recived someone elses item due to a major cockup ,then they tell me that my item has also gone to the wrong address so both items will have to be sent back to them and repacked then sent out again

so they are now saying it will be tuesday before i get my rear arb iv gone from being happy to pissed off with them in 15 mins

they say they will give me the postage cost back ,not really about the money ,more about the fact it has stuffed my plans for this weekend as i was fitting the rear bar from them along with a bigger front bar and antilift kit i allready have waiting ,had arranged to use a mates garage ect

 

I had issues with demon tweek, but in my favour.

I ordered various parts, but I didnt require some of them so I returned them and I got the cash refunded back to me. A few days later the same parts I returned where posted back to my home. Now I could of kept them and said nowt, but I phoned up about the error and re-posted them back.

I didnt even get a sorry or thanks, they didnt even notice I got the parts returned to me and we are talking about a lightened fly wheel and excedy clutch
