Has anyone heard of or got one of these? It states:

Do they go well with Scoobys? Anyone have any experience of them?

I used one of these a while back but not on a Scoob. I had a Mondeo which had been turbo`d by Power Engineering and although it was quick (actually more responsive in 5th than my uk Scoob - 240lb.ft of torque doesnt lie!) it suffered a flat spot low down, noticable in 1st & 2nd. the valve virtually cured it and also reduced top end power drop-off a little. I would say, however, that if your engine doesn`t actually need it then dont fit one, the last thing you want on a Scoob is to over-fuel!
