What turbo will I have on my 97 sti?

Got a feeling its on its way out, just want a quick look about for a straight swap turbo and what they'll cost.

I wouldn't need to get a straight swap turbo re-mapped again would I?

it should be a IHI VF23, you shouldnt need a remap. i think they cost some where between £150-£200 depending on condition/mileage etc.
