Most manufacturers do this. Pre-register cars to make it look like they have sold more cars in the offical league figures. I looked at a hawk STI a couple of years back for £18500 when the list was £26000. Used to get a leaflet come through with the Makro-mail. Bet you could drive the price down from that quoted as these car supermarkets work on a small profit quick turnover basis.

Nothing to do with boosting sales figures, the car will be a European Import.

The picture they're using is also of an STi and they have the UK list price wrong, you will also have to pay for registration fee, RFL, alarm etc

 

Not sure how that stacks up with it already being registered! (it doesn't!) It may of course be a grey EU import and not fully to EU spec.
