Where to get a HPI type Check?

Last time I used the AA who did for me for a tenner if I had an insurance quote - which I did and laughed!
This time I can't get this offer, so where can I get one, in the dim and distant past I used to pay a mate £7 to do it as he had an account with HPI...
Is there anyone else who can do one for me or knows of any cheap companies who do the checks?
