Default what is the difference between UK and Import

Hi all
thinking of getting a 1998 R reg subaru

It is advwrised as a UK turbo but it also has air con!
I am a little confused now as i thought Uk models did not come with air con!

could someone please let me know the differences between Uk and Import!

eg what spec as standard?

What BHP as standard?

Which is better?

all info greatly appreciated lol

many thanks
Bingz

BHP my98 UK =208. Import = 276. Thats for saloons.
Uk gets headlamp washers.
Import gets Folding mirrors, Rear wiper.
