Hello everyone,
I would appreciate your comments about the following questions of mine.
My 98MY Euro spec Turbo have increase fuel consumption and I noticeable loss of power when accelarating.
Fuel con. depends from the way of driving of course but this have never changed.
So I have meassured that in the center of the fuel meter I usualy have done 160KM.This means that every fuel up lasts about 270KM.
Now : 12.000Drs / 270KM = 44,44Drs/Km translated to GBP : 1Drs= 550GBP
21,82GBP / 270KM= 0,08GBP or in liters:
46,69Lt for 270KM means that every 100KM I need 17,3Lt of fuel.Is this normal?
Second thing is the noticeable loss of power during the accelaration.
Only some cold days, early in the morning,car looks like the old days.
What could cause this problem?
Turbo, wrong tuning from ecu I dont know.
Turbo pressure is about 0,7bar as metered from the local Service.
So please let me know what to propose to them for inspection.
