Sold scooby, gone german.....
To cut a long story short just sold my 96 wrx as i needed something more practical as my missus is expecting and the dog is getting bigger. I ve had 2 scooby wagons in the past (1 uk with 424bhp, 1 sti v3) but fancied something different, so bought this:
INTERIOR:
Its a 99 facelift audi s4 with 370bhp and a shed load of torque, drives superb and also is really practical. I paid 6k for the car which was an absolute bargain as its got all the right bits off the rs4 (ko4 turbo's, brakes, suspension and arb's, intercoolers, interior etc) and had over £5.5k work in july to renew turbos, clutch etc. I know the chap who's done the recent work on the car (doug at mrc tuning) and he's known the car for years, so i know the history and that its been well looked after.
To be honest im not missing my scooby at the moment but its early days, just got to save some money for new injectors, fuel pump and custom re-map which should take the power up to 420bhp and lots more torque, happy days. comments welcome.

Great car.... don't no what practicality u get from 400 bhp thought , but i had a chance to test drive one, saloon. Didn't like the understeer, it's even bigger that scoobs have, but otherweis everything was perfect...

Welcome to the club! Did the same but not for the baby reason!
Had my S4 for nearly 3years trouble-free now. Not that much more to run than My modded scoob. Probably cheaper!
Get yourself over to audisrs and rs246.com. Friendly and knowledgable bunch -like ScoobyNet but MUCH smaller!
