Blobeye or Hawkeye???
I've got a 05 blobeye at the mo which I love but need to get a wagon...do I go for a late (55 plate) blobeye wagon or the new (56 plate) hawkeye wagon.
I'm presuming that any bits I want off of my my05 can go on to the blobeye wagon but doubt they'll fit the hawkeye.
Is there any significant difference? Which one would you go for?

its only the front that is different on a hawkeye, they are basically the same car so pretty much everything is interchangeable
Just to add the Hawkeye is a 2.5 instead of 2.0 on a blobeye

Oh...didn't realise that. So what's your advice...go for the new look or stick with the old. My preference is the old but didn't know if the general concensus was the new one was better.

new one certainly isnt better IMO but looks a bit fresher at the front.I have to admit i prefer the Hawkeye to Blobeye and i own a Blobeye but spending extra money on something that is no different is false economy IMO

I prefer the hawkeye and the 2.5ltr has amazing torque and virtually no problems with lag with a much wider power band.
I am biased though but did drive both before choosing.
