I was heading up North last week and travelling along the M42 just before the M1 and a blue Volvo estate came down the slip road. I could see his yellow jacket so slowed down while he sped off. Interestingly I could see it was a V70 T5 but had a P reg !
Anyway, about a mile along he'd caught someone and was pulling them over.
Today I was travelling down the M5 near Michael wood services and saw what looked like the same P reg unmarked Volvo had just pulled someone again.
Seems like a very large patch unless theres a fleet of 'em out there.

Beware.

Steve,

Saw the same car last summer on M42 near Tamworth. Overtook us at about 75mph, he was driving right up the **** of a BMW. I didn't realise it was "the fuzz" until a couple of miles further on when he had pulled the BMW over.
I'm sure he was just trying to get the BMW driver to put his foot down. Looks like he succeeded, too!
To55ers. Not big. Not clever.

Same tactics used recently when my dad got booked.
Right up his **** at 75mph, so he pulled over into the middle lane - so did they & continued their tactics.
He moved over into the slow lane & so did they.
He then thought he was in genuine danger & floored it up to 95ish - he was then pulled over & booked.
This was at night so he couldn't see the car behind properly & thought it was a road-rage type thing happening.
