Default AOL: Please help!!!!

I read on other forums, AOL cap your broadband line between the hours of 7pm till 11pm.

My broadband usually runs at 5532kps, but for the last week between the hours above, the speeds gone down to 230kps.

I have not been overly downloading and I need this sorted as this affects my business.

I live in the Bradford area... Cleckheaton to be precise. I want to know which isp provider your with as iam sick of AOL and think best thing is to leave them.

I know this is not a broadband forum, but iam desperate to get this sorted.

use o2 broadband, much better, i have got aol on one line and o2 on the other lol - im not going to suggest phoning aol up, but if you do, try to do it between 9am and 1pm as you will more likely get the irish callcentre, if you dont, hang up and redial - choose the cancel option (listen out for it) as it will get you through to a level 2 straight away.

does it show that i am experienced with a o hell........

And therein lies the problem, AOL is a domestic broadband supplier, if you want an uncontended business broadband where that doesnt happen you need to go to a business provider and pay the price.

If your in the right area you can get uncontended ADSL2+ business grade connections for around £35 a month.

PM me your postcode and the line number and I will get the missus to look at it and see if she can sort you out.
