hi mate ive got a 94 wrx & just picked up a polar performance ecu quite impressed how it feels now boost comes in sooner & quite abit more midrange torque aswell, it all depends on your aims if you plan on doing alot of mods to the car id save for the remap would be very worth while, but if like me your not going to mad & cant really afford to go down that route just decat panel filter etc the polar perfomance ecu is very good for the money & you could have money left over to get a walbro fuel pump & short shifter

£200 isn't really enough to get anything out of the engine. Either save for a remap, or spend the money on a whiteline rear anti-roll bar. You'll be amazed at the difference.

255 Walbro fuel pump? and NGK PFR7B Spark plugs and a good service imho,

Or another mod you can get thats very good and thats a ACT gauge that tells you what your inlet charge is from the inter cooler!

Check link below...

Detail Page - ACT Gauge - Blue

I know it's for a Rs Cosworth but easy to fit a Subaru! and Mike Rainbird is sh*t hot!

Cheers!
