Just wondering if there are any plans in the pipeline for IMO the best gathering of the year through the illuminations. Always raises a lot of money for a good cause! Who normally organises these events? I beleive its normally held towards the end of October?

andy organises this for charity gets a fun fair set up outside his garage in fleetwood and has food and raffles. his daughter has a rare illness and all money goes to alder hey where she is treated.
it is normally attended by most northern clubs and his customers.
your comments are out of order
Official or non official, who gives a monkeys, its for a good cause and will be good fun!!
Theres nothing wrong with doing 2 runs down it if there will be another one
Exactly, count me in for both of em, there for a good cause, the more the merrier
Andy actually helped Frank and John organise Blackpool Big One the other year when he offered his garage as a meet point. Since then it has been the " official " meet point. There was actually 2 runs last year- Andy done one and so did John. The 2nd run did'nt have as big a turn out because John had work comitments and left it a little late.
Cheers Paul.

It wasnt a good turn out last year IMO as there was only about 60 cars.
I will def be attending the one this year that has most names down, as in 2006 it was about 120 cars and the atmosphere was unbeleivable through the lights!!!
Well just so you know, myself and Nina wont be organinsing anything to do with the BBO this year.
We have our reasons and wish to keep them to ourselves.
End of the matter for me on this.
Enjoy it whenever it may be.
