Exclamation BIG, BIG THANK YOU TO THE BOYS AT ZEN !!!

Just like to say a big thank you to Paul and the boys at Zen Performance...

My 93 WRX was having serious trouble getting through the CO emissions for its MOT. To cut a very long story short, It turned out that I needed a new Lambda and two new coilpacks to get it it through. The guys, especially Paul himself, had the patience of a saint and worked on it all day to get it through. It was a very long day: turned up at 9... went home at 5.30!!! .

In the end though - and after Paul took the car on a run to 'ignite the cat' - it 'sailed' (LOL) through with extremely low CO for the Fast Idle and Natural Idle tests - both in their hundreths of %, rather than tenths... Despite the machine deciding to crash torward the end of the day, just when about to finally measure the Lambda value!

Once again, many thanks to Zen - and, of course, Ford RapidFit - in their commitment to getting my car through...

N.B. I hold the kudos of momentarily having the honour of having two of Zen's Time Attack Racer's coilpacks in my engine at one point!... And I could have bought them, too!

Yeah zen have been great with me, ive done nothing but mail order bits atm but they leave me feeling im in safe hands and not just after your money unlike some i have dealt with in the past.

Funny enough i too have an emissions test, the co value was way high 7.5% so ive put the cat back on and given her italian tune up, test will be later on, good to see zen's method is the same as mine.

Oh i had a faulty lambda as well as they couldn't even get a signal off the thing....

My ar$e is twitching to get ot over and done with otherwise it means a remap for me.
