I've just spent £1K buying mods to have fitted to my car only to find that my current insurers will not insure modded cars! doh! Any other companies I have tried require 12 months+ experience of driving performance cars, which I don't have. Guess I'll have to wait a year to have all my bits fitted

Yep agreed I should of thought about it first but didn't think it would be an issue, never mind I can wait a year. I'm 35 with 9 years no claims currently paying £460 fully comp on the unmodded car.

 

Dont you have any performance orientated cars in your past???

 

not in the past 2 years which is what they seem to want...never mind it will give me time to get all the other bits I want and then have it all done at once...
