instant mail replies from threads

Hi all i used to get instant e mails telling me the threads i have been on have replies but now its stopped how do i get it back on ???????????

Think its just a case of hitting "GO ADVANCED" next to the reply button and choose the receive notifications.

when you post your reply look at the bottom of the page it says "thread subscription" you can choose the level of subscription there mate.
