Before anyone jumps to any conclusions (rightly or wrongly) I seem to remember there was some kind of issue between Daz and Scoobyclinic that was going to court, so i am presuming it's to do with this.
Why do you ask ?

AFAIK his account is still active and is not yet under investigation. If members have a dispute with him regarding paid for, but undelivered goods, all they need to do is inform webby who can place the account under investigation.
We simply don't know the facts and it's not fair to crucify the guy's reputation in his absence!

Normally I would totally agree with you, but after having seen at least 3 threads in the last 6 months where different people have bought stuff off him, sent the money and then spent months chasing him to try track him down and get the goods, I have no sympathy. Most of these users had pm'd him repeatedly, only to be ignored, while Daz was updating his project threads (i.e. still actively posting on SN). He has never given a satisfactory answer to why the goods were not sent, just a lot of vague excuses.
As my dad always said: where there is smoke, there is probably a fire.
Make your own minds up, but unless he has the best excuse in the world and a way to prove it, I know where I stand on this one.
