It all depends on what springs you want to fit.

You could try RTec seeing as your based in Watford.
They're located in St Albans, off the A1M not far from M25
Alloy Wheels, Tyres, Exhausts, Suspension, Air Filters, Brakes from RTecShop.com

I got my Tein S.Tech springs from them for my old scooby.
Recently got some Tein S-Techs for the my06 from Elite.

I got mine from TSL (£160) and they quoted around £400 inc fitting and realignment. If you are fairly handy with a spanner it's worth saving some £'s and getting your hands dirty.

I ended up fitting them myself and got the alignment done separately.

There are loads on Ebay (just looked) for around £130
