Just heard that the 74year old lady has upgrade P1 to WRX
After speaking with Subaru head office today to find out when my STi is arriving got quiet chatty with the lady on the end of phone.
She told me that this is the 4th year running, that a certain 74 year old has upgraded her car.
She is going from her P1 to a WRX.
Is she on this site as well? (Silver sufer)

There is a nice "i wont say the o** word" lady that goes to all the local Rally events in here P1 with her little dog sat in the back
"just in case she is on here and give me a lot of abuse. "

Yeah.
I heard the P1 is way too fast for her.
My Nan's just sold her new M3. Apparently she don't rate it and the motorised trolley won't go in the boot. She's on for getting one of those RS4's but she's worried about the collapsible wheels.
Cheers

...sounds to me like June Aslin who runs the Forest safety radios on most of the bigger UK rallies...June used to have an RB5 before the P1 and looks to me like shes changing again
June actually drives her car thru the rally stages...
fair play to her...

So when you hit sixty you lose your job and your licence in one go? You women get a rough deal don't ya? No wonder you moan so much if thats what you've got to look forward to after a life of cooking and cleaning.
I think you'll find that as long as you are capable of driving, ie can see out of at least one eye then you can carry on until you die.
But then again I might be wrong. It did happen once. Summer of '74 it was.
