when i had my wheels refurbed last year (17" oz p1 wheels) i did a search and found a company on ebay that did them. think it cost me £20 for 8 but they were spot on and fitted the rim perfectly without any hassle.
dunno if they still trade and cant remember the name, but im sure someone can manufacture some for you on ebay
