Never had a problem either..
I think as long as the vta pipe isn't dripping oil you'll be fine.
With regards to how, try a search, there's loads of info about it..
However, at it's basic:
block breather vta via 19mm hose down towards lower gearbox. you'll then need to bung PCV valve under throttle body and inlet into turbo inlet pipe.
the two head vents are already 't' (the black metal pipe on the front of IC). so just remove oem hose from this pipe to turbo inlet, bung inlet as above and run some 16mm hose from metal pipe down under with block breather..
It's easier than it sounds and it helps if you remove tmic..
