I'm thinking about getting the new 2008 Impreza 2.5i, however, I was wondering, could anyone comment on the 4-speed automatic transmission on it? Does it really hinder the engine's power? If so, how is the 5-speed manual transmission? I know it can bring out the life of the engine, but I heard it's kind of clunky. I'm not too sure on which transmission to choose as I hear pros and cons of each. Your thoughts please.
