Hi does anybody know if the sports cat from a 2.5 sti(ppp) will fit a 2.0 sti
not clued up on it but think the bore will be different ? if it doesnt fit is there a way to get it to fit as i have 1 and want to fit it to my car

There is no sports cat for a MY06+ 2.5 STi PPP the kit did not contain a sports cat. I am running a H&S sports cat on my 2.5 MY06 STi which I had running on my MY03 WRX previously. So that is a yes if it existed but what you want is a pre MY06 PPP STi Sports cat as fitted to the 2.0ltr engines.

well all i know is its from the rb320 i have the complete exhaust have fitted the rear box and was going to fit the cat from it to replace the standard cat on my sti

Sorry mate it is a standard cat as fitted to all MY06 STi's.

What you will have is a standard DP, rear centre de-cat, resonated centre and the back box. I stand to be corrected but thats what I understood. Prodrive never fitted sports cats to the 2.5's because they couldn't control the boost adequately from the new ECU found in MY06+ STi's. Prodrive do claim that the cat in the MY06+ STi Downpipe is approaching a sports cat in terms of flow but it is not a prodrive part and you cannot buy a MY06 PPP sports cat as they don't exist. Just a standard part from subaru im afraid, and won't fit your MY04 without the whole system as the DP is shorter and the rear cat longer to compensate.
