Not sure on a classic, but easy peasy on a newage. You'll need the bits that came off when the 'bar went on, mainly the exaust hanger iirc, but if you're handy you could fabricate something easily enough I should think..
If it is a classic, the bracket is held on with about 6 bolts vertically into the chassis runners. They are threaded into the bracket that holds the bumper on, however if you are unlucky, when you try and undo them, the captive nuts will break off the bumper bracket. You will then need to grind off the bolt heads, and you will need a new bumper bracket (£80) and new bolts.
On some bars, One of the exhaust mounts is on the tow bar, so you may need the original exhaust bracket to bolt back on, you may finf the towing eye is missing too.
(hint, if they don't break off, put a little bit of copper grease on when you put them back in)

almost right but the exhaust hanger will still be there its the towing eye that will be missing! scooby clinic are in your neck of the woods and will defo have all the bits your missing even if the captive nuts do sheer off..
