what power will this take with a remap and a proper exhaust?

Atleast 400bhp i think ,i'll know once i get my ra-r and S204 mapped.

Don't think so. As far as I know the VF42 is more closely related to the VF22, but with the VF42 being a roller bearing, twin scroll unit.
