I am planning on taking off my tow bar (99 UK Wagon) and noticed that the exhaust hangar is hung from it. I assume that there is originally a seperate hangar bracket. can anyone confirm or suggest a part number?

 

I can't help you with a part number, but yes there is a separate bracket that is normally there. Ring a breaker (Grade A etc), no point paying subaru for a bit of bent angle iron!!!!!! Probably only a couple of quid second hand.

Hoverbod, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately by the time I had seen it I had shelled £7:50 with a dealer. Strangely they had one in stock. Strange thing to keep on the shelf I would have thought.
