???
Am in the market for another scooby and came across this:
Autotrader - SUBARU IMPREZA 2.0 STi R-A MODEL
Ive never heard of a sti r-a model light weight

As said above, i would check it is a STi though as it has fog lamp plus no roof vent which I believe is standard on the STi version of the RA.
I had a 1995 and it had the roof vent plus fog lamp covers only as it helps keep the weight down.
Worth checking.

Doesn't seem right.... should be worth around £5K if it's straight.... Really silly gearing makes it silly fast, but bad on motorways and thirsty ! ! !

Still like one, but only as a toy.

Looks like a WRX RA possibly but not sure if they did them that early? Best to check Type-RA.co.uk - Home of the Subaru Impreza WRX Type RA, Impreza WRX STi Type RA, Impreza Type RA V Limited, Scooby V. Ltd, visit the WRX forum & Subaru forum for more info as the RA range is a real mixed up bunch and can confuse many of us
pretty sure that is just a type ra, although my mate has a definate sti ra, n reg, it has fifth injector, no red top, and no roof flap, at under 3k i wouldnt have thought it was an sti. I used to have a wrx type ra, that was k reg.
thats a wrxRA mate .
you will find evrything hear
