Prodrive backbox will it fit RB5?

I am selling my prodrive backbox from my MY00 classic and i have someone interested who has an RB5 (MY99 non prodrive version)

Will my backbox be a straight swap for his?

Should bolt straight onto any classic with a standard size centre section.
