Default Gearbox has just gone!

Right not only did I get £600 stolen out of my account today by somebody in Australia on the way home while pretty pissed off I managed to destroy my 5th gear.

I have a MY99 Turbo 2000.

Will it be best to source a second hand gearbox or get this one repaired?

What gearboxes will fit?

How much am I looking at paying?

Thank you people...

WORST DAY EVER!

saw an example on the zen performance website. was around £800 for a rebuild, not sure if the probalem was identical to yours, but it seems a good price. mostly labour, but with companies like zen and api, your in good good hands.

How much do you reckon a it should cost to swap two gearboxes over?

I have ad a quote and was wondering how good it was.

Like for like a simple swap (hopefully).
